All pass and ticket users are required to complete a release of liability, waiver of claims, assumption of risks and indemnity agreement before purchase. All prices are quoted in Canadian funds per person. Applicable taxes will be applied to all prices. Special ticket deals cannot be combined with any other specials or offers. Conditions apply to all promotions. Rates subject to change and cancellation without notice. All facilities and programs are subject to seasonality, availability and change. Tickets cannot be exchanged for a credit or any other product. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, nor can they be resold. Upon purchase, your credit card will be charged for the agreed upon amount regardless of whether the lift ticket is redeemed. Panorama does not guarantee trail conditions, weather conditions or trails open. The ticket holder may lose riding privileges, with the ticket revoked without refund, for any misuse or failure to adhere to Panorama Mountain Resort policy. Panorama Mountain Resort's interpretation of the conditions is final.

RFID Card Tickets & Passes

Our lift tickets and passes are loaded onto RFID cards and most have a $5 refundable deposit for card use. Any RFID card that shows a 23-digit unique identity number can be reused and can be reloaded with many Panorama experiences. Any lost RFID cards will have a $5 replacement fee. Questions about your RFID card can be directed to our experts at our Guest Services Desk in Ski Tip Lodge. You can also use our ticket checker kiosk near Guest services for a quick 'tap' to see if you are all set to go for the day.

Hours of Operation

For resort hours of operation please visit PanoramaResort.com/Hours. The Mile 1 Express chairlift is generally open daily from 10am to 4pm during the summer season. Subject to change.

Elevate your adventures on our high-flying ropes tower! Crawl, climb, swing, stretch and step your way through the suspended obstacles as you test your balance, ability and strength.

Trekkers 6-12 years old must be accompanied by a chaperone (15+ AND taller than 140 cm). Please add a separate chaperone ticket to your cart before checking out.

Important Information for Guests

• Any child using the Timberline Traverse Aerial Ropes Tower unaccompanied by an adult must be at least 13 years of age, 55” (140 cm) tall, and fit the harness requirements. 
• Trekkers 6 – 12 years of age who meet the height requirements must be accompanied by a chaperone (15+ and taller than 140 cm).
• All participants must wear close-toed athletic shoes. Sandals, flip-flops and bare feet are not permitted.
• Not suitable for pregnant persons or those with pre-existing injuries.
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your time slot to attend climbing orientation.

Tickets are non-transferable, and cannot be resold or exchanged for any other product. Date and timeslot changes are permitted, based on availability. Upon purchase, your credit card will be charged for the stated amount regardless of whether the product is redeemed. Payment is taken at the time of purchase. The ticketholder may lose climbing privileges, with access revoked without refund, for any misuse or failure to adhere to Panorama Mountain Resort policy. Panorama Mountain Resorts interpretation of the conditions is final.
