Tickets cannot be exchanged for a credit or any other product. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, nor can they be resold. Upon purchase, your credit card will be charged for the agreed upon amount regardless of whether the lift ticket is redeemed. Panorama does not guarantee trail conditions, weather conditions or trails open. The ticket holder may lose skiing and/or riding privileges, with the ticket revoked without refund, for any misuse or failure to adhere to Panorama Mountain Resort policy. Panorama Mountain Resort's interpretation of the conditions is final.

Important Information for Guests

• Access to the mountain coaster is via the Discovery Quad chairlift. Only those riding the coaster are able to ride the chairlift.
• To ride alone you must be at least 4'1" or taller and 8 years old.
• To ride with a passenger, you must be at least 15 years of age.
• Only drivers, can operate the brake lever - not passengers.
• Passengers must be 3 to 7 years old and a minimum height of 96cm/3'2".
• Passengers must be no taller than the driver's shoulders while seated.
• Riders must wear seatbelts at all times and keep arms and legs inside the cart.
• Riders must have sufficient physical dexterity, ability, and knowledge to safely load, ride, and unload the cart.
• The combined maximum weight capacity per cart is 118kg (260lbs).
• Not recommended for pregnant persons, or those with pre-existing back/neck injuries.
• The mountain coaster cannot operate in the rain, and service may need to be suspended temporarily or closed during adverse weather conditions.
