Terms & Conditions

In order to participate in a Panorama Ski + Ride program all persons 18 years and under must wear a helmet. For persons 19 years and older, helmet wearing is not mandatory, but we highly recommend it. Helmet rentals are available at Mountain Outfitters.

Payment & Cancelation Policy

All prices are quoted in Canadian funds per person. Applicable taxes will be applied to all prices. Special ticket deals cannot be combined with any other specials or offers. Conditions apply to all promotions. Rates subject to change and cancellation without notice. All facilities and programs are subject to seasonality, availability, and change. Tickets, activities and services cannot be exchanged for a credit or any other product. Tickets, activities and services are non-transferable nor can they be resold. Tickets, activities and services are 100% refundable up until 7 days prior to the product date at which point it’s 100% non-refundable. Upon purchase, your credit card will be charged for the agreed upon amount regardless of whether the lift ticket, activities and services are redeemed. Panorama does not guarantee trail or experience conditions, weather conditions or trails open. The ticket holder may lose experience privileges, with the ticket revoked without refund, for any misuse or failure to adhere to Panorama Mountain Resort policy. Panorama Mountain Resort's interpretation of the conditions is final.
