RFID Card Tickets & Passes

Our lift tickets and passes are loaded onto RFID cards and most have a $5 refundable deposit for card use. Any RFID card that shows a 23-digit unique identity number can be reused and can be reloaded with many Panorama experiences. Any lost RFID cards will have a $5 replacement fee. Questions about your RFID card can be directed to our experts at our Guest Services Desk in Ski Tip Lodge. You can also use our ticket checker kiosk near Guest services for a quick tap to see if you are all set to go for the day.

Winter Season Pass Peace of Mind Promise

With our Peace of Mind Promise a Winter 2024/25 Season Passholder may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the event they are unable to use their Season Pass only if the circumstances (Medical, or Employment Transfer, or Resort Closure) meet our terms and conditions listed below. The Season Pass will cease to be valid when a refund is processed and cannot be used again in the 2024/25 season. The Peace of Mind Promise does not cover public health related travel restrictions. We do not know what travel restrictions may or may not be in place during the ski and ride season. You should only purchase a pass if you can safely visit Panorama in accordance with government-imposed travel restrictions as there will be no refunds if you cannot visit due to current or newly imposed travel restrictions. NEW! Ready for big mountain laps all season long? Save on your Monster X Season Pass when you purchase before December 6, 2024, Regular price commences after that

The Monster X snowcat program helps you easily access our furthest terrain. This is not a guided cat-skiing experience but a super cool shuttle service to some awesome big mountain terrain that you will want to lap again and again. Weather and snow conditions permitting, Monster X runs Thursdays to Sundays 10 AM – 2:45 PM.
